Delivery time
Your total delivery time is your processing time plus your shipping time. Processing is the same everywhere; shipping depends on where your order is headed.
Processing time
Processing is separate from shipping. Because every set is printed to order, we typically take 2–3 business days to prepare your items before they ship — for both US and international orders. During busy periods or for certain prints, this may take a little longer.
Shipping time
Once dispatched, US orders are typically delivered within 5–8 business days, and international orders within 15–28 days. Deliveries to remote areas may take a little longer. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Your shipping address
We ship to the address entered at checkout, so please double-check it's correct and complete before paying. Need to fix it? Contact us at support@elunorus.com within 24 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to update it before your set enters production.
Tracking, duties & taxes
- You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order is dispatched.
- Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout before you pay.
- International orders may be subject to import duties or customs fees set by your country — these are the responsibility of the recipient.
