Currency & charges

All orders are processed in US Dollars (USD $).

If your bank or card operates in another currency, your provider may apply a conversion rate or an international transaction fee. These charges are set by your bank — not by Elunorus — and are outside our control.

Tax policy

United States

Any sales tax required for your state is calculated automatically at checkout, so the total you see before placing your order is the amount you'll pay — no surprises added later.

International — import duties & VAT

For orders delivered outside the United States, your parcel may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs fees when it arrives. These are set by the customs authority in the destination country, usually based on the value of the goods plus shipping.

1. Customs duties. Import duties may apply to goods shipped internationally. The rate depends on the type and value of the items.
2. Value-Added Tax (VAT). VAT may also apply, at a rate that varies by country and is based on the total order value including shipping and any duties.
3. Who pays. These charges are not included in the price shown at checkout and are paid by the recipient. Your courier or postal service collects them on behalf of the customs authority.
4. Thresholds. Some countries exempt low-value orders from duties or VAT, but the threshold varies by country and product type.
5. Refunds. We're unable to refund any import taxes, duties, or customs fees paid to the authorities.
